I am a consumer of Latin American coffees: Colombian, Peruvian, Ecuadorian, Guatemalan. I can say that this Venezuelan selection is one of the best I have ever tried. Strong and flavored, somehow earthy with tiny fruit notes. For me, ideal for express machine.

So it turns our yellow bourbon is a bit sweeter than normal coffee, so you don't need sugar or anything for it to be a bit sweet. Lattes and Cappuccinos taste AMAZING with this if you have a good eapresso machine. So good

Great coffee from a farm in Colombia that I read about in Standart magazine.
I used to buy any coffe, but after triying SYZYGY it became part of my morning ritual.
