The farm, owned by Rodrigo Sanchez Valencia and Claudia Samboni, produces coffee with tasting notes of caramel, dried cherry, and apple citrus. The washed process involves fermenting the cherries for 28 to 32 hours, followed by solar drying and shading on raised beds. This coffee showcases the dedication and legacy of the Sanchez Valencia family, representing the terroir of their farm.
