Shipping policy

At Syzygy Specialty Coffee Roasters, we take pride in delivering freshly roasted coffee to our customers. Once an order is placed, we begin the roasting process within 2-3 business days. After roasting, the coffee is immediately packaged and shipped to ensure that it arrives at its peak flavor.

For our Syzygy Subscribers, we roast the coffee up to a week prior to shipping to guarantee delivery at the optimal time for brewing. According to the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), it is recommended to brew coffee 8-12 days after roasting to allow the beans to degas.
