Shipping policy

At Syzygy, we take pride in delivering freshly roasted coffee to our customers. Once an order is placed, we begin the roasting process within 2 to 3 business days. After roasting, the coffee is immediately packaged and shipped so it arrives at its peak flavor.

Orbit Club works the same way. Each Orbit Club bag is roasted fresh after your order comes in, not ahead of time.

Where we ship

We ship to the continental US only, which means the 48 contiguous states plus Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or Mexico.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates vary by location and are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders of $50 or more ship free in the continental US (the 48 contiguous states and DC). Subscribe and Save orders of $50 or more also ship free in the continental US; under $50, regular shipping rates apply. Orbit Club is $24.99 per bag with shipping included.
