What is Orbit Club?
Orbit Club is our coffee club. It's one small roaster, us, sending you coffee that was roasted for your delivery, not coffee that's been sitting on a warehouse shelf for weeks. Our name, Syzygy, means planets lining up. That's what we're going for with every bag: a great farm, a careful roast, and your cup, all in alignment.
How it works
- Pick your grind. Whole bean, espresso, or coarse (great for drip, French press, and pour over). If you have a grinder, whole bean stays fresh the longest.
- Pick your schedule. Every week, every 2 weeks, every 3 weeks, or once a month. Whatever matches how fast your coffee disappears.
- I roast it fresh. Every bag is roasted light to medium light in small batches in Miami, usually within 2 to 3 business days of your order.
- It ships free. Shipping is always free on Orbit Club, and your coffee usually arrives 3 to 5 business days after it ships.
Need a change? You can skip a delivery, pause for a while, switch your grind, or cancel anytime. No contracts, no hoops.
What's in the bag?
Each delivery is a 250 g (8.8 oz) bag of specialty coffee, usually my pick of whatever is tasting best on the roaster that week. The origins change as new lots come in. The quality doesn't.
Roasted in Miami, from coffee grown in the Coffee is picky. It only grows in the warm band between the tropics, in a select group of countries with the soil and weather it needs, like Ethiopia, Kenya, Colombia, Venezuela, El Salvador and Brazil..
Who it's for
Orbit Club is for you if you care about when your coffee was roasted, you want great coffee at home without having to remember to reorder, and you like being able to change things whenever life changes. It's also a nice way to support a small, family owned roastery.

Orbit Club or single bags?
Both are roasted to order the same way, so the coffee is just as fresh either way. Single bags are great when you want a specific coffee and it's in stock. Orbit Club is the easy option when you just want fresh coffee to keep showing up without thinking about it, and shipping is free.

Do you roast before I order?
No. We roast after your order comes in, usually within 2 to 3 business days, and then ship it.
Whole bean or ground?
Whole bean stays fresh the longest if you have a grinder. If not, pick espresso or coarse to match your brewer.
What roast levels do you offer?
I roast light to medium light only, so you can actually taste where the coffee comes from.

Roasted in Miami, from coffee grown in the Coffee is picky. It only grows in the warm band between the tropics, in a select group of countries with the soil and weather it needs, like Ethiopia, Kenya, Colombia, Venezuela, El Salvador and Brazil.. I roast here in Miami, and every coffee comes from a farm in one of the countries where coffee can actually grow. Each product page names the country and, when we have it, the farm and process. The lineup rotates as lots sell out, so check the shop for what is available today.
