Can they cancel if they don’t like subscriptions?

Yes. They can skip, pause, or cancel anytime.

Will the coffee be fresh for a holiday date?

We roast after the order comes in, usually within 2 to 3 business days, and delivery takes about 3 to 5 business days after that. So order about two weeks ahead for a holiday and you'll be safe.

What does code LIFTOFF do?

LIFTOFF takes 50% off your first Orbit Club order at checkout. It applies once, to Orbit Club only.

Do you ship nationwide?

I ship to the continental US only, which means the 48 contiguous states plus DC. I do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or Mexico. Orders of fifty dollars or more ship free, and Orbit Club always ships free. Shipping rates vary by location and are shown at checkout. See the shipping policy for details.

What if something’s wrong with the gift order?

Coffee is fresh food and we roast it to order, so we can't take returns. But if anything's wrong, email me at pc@syzygycoffee.com within 30 days and I'll make it right.

Whole bean or ground for gifts?

If you're not sure, go whole bean and tell them to grind right before brewing. If they only have a drip machine and no grinder, coarse is the safer choice.
